I'm Roy. I build your site and I make sure you get found. Normally you hire two parties for that, and they barely know each other's work. With me, everything is in one pair of hands. And when I build your site, it starts with your positioning and visual identity: first pin down who you are and who you're for, then build.
The biggest difference one pair of hands makes is pace. At an agency there is a quote, a schedule and a queue between the insight and the fix. I read the data myself: if I see a page can do better, I change it right away. It's really that simple.
