Healthcare SEO: easy to find and easy to trust
People looking for care search in their own neighborhood and want to know two things fast: can I be seen there, and are these people I trust? That judgment is made in the search results, before anyone calls your practice. My own Vizibly System works every month to get your practice into those results, with a page that answers those two questions right away.

FOR EVERY TYPE OF CARE
How patients search, by type of care
Family doctors
People looking for a family doctor type words like “inschrijven” (register), “spoed” (urgent) or “avonddienst” (after-hours).
Physical and exercise therapy
People search for a physical therapist plus their town, or for their condition.
How to get found as a physical therapistPsychologists and mental healthcare
Wait time, coverage and the condition decide the choice.
WHY SEO FOR HEALTHCARE?
How a patient chooses a practice
Someone looking for a healthcare provider usually reaches for their phone first. A person with back pain searches "fysiotherapeut" (physical therapist) plus their own town. Someone who just moved types "huisarts inschrijven [city]" (register with a family doctor). A parent with a child on a waiting list searches "psycholoog wachttijd" (psychologist waiting time), and someone who has felt a cavity for months searches "tandarts die nieuwe patiënten aanneemt" (dentist accepting new patients).
Unlike in most industries, this searcher has a health problem and often a sense of urgency. There is no leisurely comparing: they open one of the top results and call the first practice that clearly has room for them and inspires trust.
So your practice has to be right in two places: in the search results, on the search term that counts in your neighborhood, and on the page itself, where a patient needs to see right away that they are welcome. Vizibly System works on both and measures every month what it delivers.
WHAT PATIENTS CHECK BEFORE THEY CALL
The four questions a patient wants answered first
The answers belong visibly on the page itself. Nobody reads a PDF brochure they first have to download at a moment like this. I put those answers where people look first.
"Who will treat me?"
A team page with short bios and photos of the people you will actually meet in the treatment room. With a stock photo of a smiling stranger, you still don’t know.
"Can I be seen here?"
The current sign-up status or waiting time, right on the page. "Are you accepting new patients?" is often asked over the phone, while the answer fits in one line at the top of the page.
"Is this covered?"
Which insurers you have contracts with and roughly what a treatment costs. Uncertainty about money keeps people from calling.
"Can I get there easily?"
How to get there, parking, an elevator, appointments outside working hours. Small things, but decisive for some patients. Just put them on the page.
Put these four answers on your homepage and on every treatment page, not only under contact.
SEO SERVICES FOR HEALTHCARE
What the system does for your practice
Your local findability, your treatment pages and technology that works on every phone all come up in the same monthly round. These are the six parts of that round.
Analysis & strategy
First the system maps out which search terms your practice is found for now, which practices in your city rank above you, and which conditions and treatments people search for. A plan follows from that: which pages you are missing and which one to tackle first.

A separate page for every treatment and every condition people often ask about, in plain language: what it involves, whether it is covered and what to expect. Someone who searches "knieklachten fysiotherapie" (knee pain physical therapy) lands on a page about their knee instead of your homepage.

Mentions on healthcare platforms, in local media and from practices that refer patients show Google that others know your practice and name it. In healthcare that counts for extra, because Google judges health pages more strictly than an average site.
Read how link building worksWeb design & technology
Many of your visitors are on their phone, often with a health problem and little patience. I make sure your site loads fast, reads well on a small screen and lets a visitor call you with one tap. A "not secure" warning in the browser costs a healthcare provider trust right away.

Patients search for "fysiotherapeut in de buurt" (physical therapist nearby) or for their own town. I set up your Google Business Profile, help you get reviews from patients, and make your address read the same everywhere. That gives you a chance at a spot in the map results at the top of Google when someone searches in your neighborhood.
Read about local SEOMeasuring & adjusting
Every month the system measures in Search Console and in your dashboard which treatment page brings in visitors and which one lags behind. If a page does well, I expand it. If it lags behind, I find out why and adjust it.
WHAT SEO COSTS IN HEALTHCARE
Healthcare SEO: the costs
Vizibly System runs the same loop every month: measuring in Search Console and in your dashboard, analyzing which treatment pages perform and which lag behind, and improving what delivers the most. Then the next round begins, and with every round the system knows better what your patients search for. You start from €800 a month.
How much work is needed depends on your service area, your specialty and how many practices in your neighborhood compete for the same searches. After a short analysis you get a proposal for your practice, and you can cancel it month to month.

WHY VIZIBLY?
Who works on the findability of your practice
Vizibly is me, Roy, with a system I built myself. That system puts the numbers from Search Console, the search results and your dashboard side by side. Which page of your practice gets tackled first is my call, and I make the resulting changes on your site myself. More about me.
I simply show it. The exact same loop runs on my own sites. Take Koffienoob: in January 2026 that site had 105 clicks a month and by August it was at 2,883, all of it visible in Search Console. More examples, including a multilingual platform for physical therapy, are in the case studies.

NEED A NEW WEBSITE TOO?
A practice site where patients quickly see if they can be seen
Sometimes the problem is the site itself: it loads slowly, reads badly on a phone or does not show who works there. A calm, fast site that shows right away who you are keeps a patient on your page. The build and the findability are both handled by me, so what people search for helps decide how the pages are laid out.
A site like that loads fast on a phone and is also easy to use for patients who are less comfortable with technology. A standalone website for your practice starts from €2,000, one-off.
