MY OWN PROJECT · SEO CASE STUDY
27 times more clicks
Koffienoob is my own coffee review site, built and maintained with Vizibly System. From January to August 2026, the site grew from 105 to 2,883 clicks from Google a month, measured in Search Console.

THE IDEA
A site of my own as proof
Anyone can claim their SEO approach works. I want to be able to show it, and that's what I use koffienoob.nl for: a coffee site that started out with no head start, in a market full of established review sites.
The site runs on my own Vizibly System: the same loop of measuring, analyzing and improving that clients get, except Koffienoob had it first. I also try out new methods on it, and whatever works, I take to my clients.
After eight months of steady building, the site gets 27 times as many clicks from Google as it did in January. The numbers from Search Console are below, month by month.
Koffienoob's bean mascot has a second job, by the way: in my 3D website The Future in the Past, he pours coffee in the Brazilian pavilion at the 1939 World's Fair.
THE APPROACH
How Koffienoob is put together
The same structure on every page
106 machine reviews, 41 grinder reviews, 49 bean reviews and 87 articles, all with the same layout: scores, pros and cons, specifications and a final verdict. A visitor quickly sees where to look, and Google can read every page the same way.
Open about how scores are calculated
A public page explains the method, almost every machine has a reliability section with sub-scores, and wherever possible the prices come straight from the API of bol.com, a big Dutch online retailer, instead of from an estimate. Google sums that up as E-E-A-T: whether a reader can see why they can trust a verdict.
Tools that give advice
A coffee finder that recommends the right type of machine in five questions, nine product finders built on the same technology, and 22 head-to-head comparisons. A visitor gets advice that fits them, and clicks through to the reviews from there.
Measuring and improving, round after round
Vizibly System uses Search Console and its own dashboard to measure what every page does, and points out where the opportunities are. I decide which ones to take on. The improvement then goes live on the site right away, and the next measurement shows what it did.
THE NUMBERS
Clicks from Google, month by month

105 → 2,883
Clicks from Google per month, January → August 2026
93,535
Impressions in Google in August 2026
300+
Content pages: reviews, articles and comparisons
Koffienoob is still a small site, and I'm upfront about that. But the line in the chart is clearly going up. For clients, Vizibly System runs the same loop, and they track their numbers in their own dashboard.
