B2C website design that makes your customers choose you
Do you sell to consumers? Then your customer decides on their phone, in seconds: they scroll past a few sites and pick one. Your site has those few seconds to show what you do, what it costs and why you. I build it so your customer sees all of that on the first screen, with the button to call or book right next to it.

Your customer has to find you first, then choose you
Your customer finds you through Google, Google Maps and more and more through an AI tool that gives them an answer. When someone searches for your trade nearby on the couch in the evening, they get a short list of businesses. The more often you are on that list, the more visitors come to your site. You can read how to climb higher for good under SEO for B2C service businesses.
After that you have a few seconds. Whether a visitor calls or books in that time is called conversion. On a good site everything loads right away, your customer sees at a glance what you do and what it costs, and they call or book without having to search. Your site also helps decide who calls: if your price is on it, your customer knows roughly what it costs beforehand, and that saves you conversations with hagglers.
More calls and bookings, from customers who already know your price.

Five things that make calling and booking easy
They come standard in every B2C site I build. Each one removes a hurdle between looking around and getting in touch.
Book, call or request right away
The action button is in view as soon as the page opens, right where your customer looks for it.
Prices in view
Your starting price or rate is on the page, so your customer does not have to email to find out what it costs.
Reviews up top
Your stars and ratings sit at the top, so your customer sees what others thought of you before they call or book.
Built for the phone
Your customer looks you up on their phone, so I design for that screen first. The site loads fast and is easy to use with one thumb.
One clear action per page
Every page is about one thing your customer should do, like calling or booking an appointment. Copy and images both point to it.
Every trade fills this in differently. For a hair salon, a restaurant or a driving school there is a page of its own, with what belongs on your site in that trade.
Two sites I built
Both are live. Click through them, preferably on your phone.
What your customer looks at in the first seconds
Someone who lands on your site first checks whether they are in the right place. These five questions play a part in that, and each question comes with a choice I make on your site.
Does it load?
What your customer sees
Does something show up right away, or am I staring at a blank screen?
What I build
I build on Next.js without plugin baggage, so something is on the screen right away.
Do I get it?
What your customer sees
What is this, and is it for me?
What I build
At the top is one headline that says in a few words what you offer and who it is for.
Do I trust it?
What your customer sees
Does this look like a serious business?
What I build
Your own imagery and a tight grid give your site a face of its own. That tells your customer there is a serious business behind it.
Can I do something now?
What your customer sees
Can I act right away, with one thumb?
What I build
The most important button sits within thumb reach and stays pinned to the bottom of the screen on mobile, whether it is calling, booking or requesting.
Do others do this too?
What your customer sees
Do other people think this is good too?
What I build
Your reviews and stars are on the first screen, so your customer sees them without scrolling.
Your site gets better after launch
The work on your findability only starts at launch. I deliver your site with tracking already set up, so Vizibly System can start running on it right away if you want. The system keeps your site fast and works every month on your findability in Google, Google Maps and AI tools.
It measures what visitors and search engines do on your site: which pages get found and where visitors leave before they call. Based on that I adjust your site, and then the measuring starts again. You follow that loop yourself in your dashboard, and you can cancel Vizibly System month to month.

My own sites
Koffienoob is a consumer site too: people compare coffee machines there and pick one. The loop has been running there for a while.

A product finder for customers who are still unsure
Sometimes your customer does not know yet exactly what they need. That is where a product finder helps. Think of the coffee finder on koffienoob.nl: five questions, and the visitor knows which machine suits them. On your site it works the same way, only with your offer as the outcome. A calculator that gives a price estimate right away works in the same way.
Whether a product finder fits your site depends on your customers and your market. I look at that per site, and in the proposal you see up front whether it is included in the price. A standalone tool on your existing site gets its own fixed price up front.
On the micro-tools page you can see which product finders and calculators I build.

At many web agencies you write the copy yourself and pay for the design separately. I deliver your brand, the design, the copy, the imagery and the technology of your B2C site for one price. Vizibly is me, so you deal with one person, also after launch.
Your brand
I start with who your clients are and why they choose you. From that follow your tone, your colors and your typefaces.
Tech and ownership
Your domain is in your name and you can always take the code with you. Once the build is paid, the site is yours.
Design
You get your own clean design that fits your brand, built to the accessibility guidelines.
Copy
You supply the facts, I write pages that match what your clients search for in Google.
Imagery
Photos of your work you supply yourself. If you do not have them yet, I start with professional AI imagery at no extra cost.
Findability
I build your site so that Google and AI tools can read it well. If you already have a site, I redirect your old addresses.
Also included
- A contact form with a spam filter that works. At delivery I test it with a real submission, and you get that proof from me.
- I set up Google Analytics and Search Console on accounts in your name, so you can see how people find your site and you always keep that measurement history.
After launch
You can leave hosting and maintenance to me for €50 a month, and that comes with your own dashboard. If your site goes down, I get an alert automatically. If anything does not work as agreed in the first thirty days, I fix it at no cost.
Optional extras
If you do not have a logo yet, I design that too. A second language or a system where you publish yourself can be added as well, and you hear the price up front.
Eight steps to a live B2C site
At three moments I show you where your site stands and ask for your sign-off, the first time before I build anything. Each moment comes with one round to adjust. I check everything most strictly on the phone, because that is where your customer chooses. On average your site is live 2 to 3 weeks after the kickoff call.

What a B2C website costs
A B2C website starts at €2,000 one-off, with a fixed price up front. Three things move that amount: how many pages your site has, whether you supply the copy or I write it, and whether connections to your own systems or multiple languages are added.
The design starts with your brand: which customer you aim for and how you want to come across to them. A visitor reads that from your colors and your first sentence. That is why branding is the first step of the project, within the same price. I explain the concept itself in what branding does for your business.
A B2C website
- Branding as the first step
- Design that starts from your brand
- Prices, reviews and one action in view right away
- Fast on the phone and technically ready for Google
- Built to be accessible (WCAG 2.2)
- Delivered with tracking set up, Analytics and Search Console in your name
A no-obligation proposal up front. What I deliver is yours afterward.
Your site keeps running
From €50 / month
For hosting, updates, monitoring and small changes, so your site stays fast and secure. The first month is free and you can cancel month to month. If you want to keep growing with the loop, Vizibly System runs from €800 a month.
If you first want to see what else is possible, look at all the websites I build. It shows per type of business what a site needs to do to bring in customers.
