B2B website design that convinces decision-makers
A decision-maker often makes the choice before they call. Until then, your B2B website is read by people you haven’t spoken to yet: they quietly compare a few companies and decide whom to invite. I build a site that tells your story in that comparison, even when you aren’t in the room.

How your B2B site brings in contracts
In B2B nobody buys on impulse. A prospect searches for your field, puts you next to a few others and decides only after weeks. How many contracts you end up with depends on two things: how many of the right people find you, and how many of them you convince.
Decision-makers find you
A decision-maker searches for your field in Google or asks an AI tool. Your site is built so that Google and AI tools can read it well.
Your site convinces
On your homepage a decision-maker sees what you do, who for, and what you did for others before. With that proof you make the shortlist of companies they call.
Bigger contracts
One B2B contract outweighs a pile of small jobs, so every serious inquiry counts.
You have fewer visitors than an online store, but every visitor weighs more. That is why what counts most in B2B is how many of those visitors get in touch. If a site that convinces better brings in one extra contract, it has often paid for itself already.
The speed of your site counts toward convincing too. I build it in Next.js, so no plugins pile up to make it heavier with every addition. That keeps your site fast a year from now.
What happens before a prospect emails you
Between the first visit and the first email lies a whole process you are not part of. A prospect usually comes back several times, often with a colleague, and only when the doubt is gone does someone send a message. All that time, they read only what is on your site.
The first visit
One decision-maker looks around, often briefly. The page that does the work then is your homepage: it says in one sentence what you do and who for, with the proof right below it.
Back, with a colleague
They check together whether you are serious. Now your case studies are up: a case study with numbers is something a colleague can forward without you having to explain anything.
Googling once more
Someone googles you again and reads up. Then they land on your articles, where you show that you know the field.
Only then the email
The choice has largely been made. Now they only want to schedule a call or demo, and the button for that needs to be easy to find.
That is why I build your site page by page, with a page doing the work for each step above. Those pages also need to be found by people searching in your field. You can read how to build that findability under SEO for B2B services. If you work in accounting, there is a separate page about a website for an accounting firm.
What belongs on your B2B site
A B2B site produces inquiries when a decision-maker finds what they are looking for. That is why I build in these five elements.
Before anything is designed, I capture your positioning on a single page: who you are and why a decision-maker chooses you. Your tone, your colors and the design itself follow from that. That work on your branding is the first step of your project and is included in the price, so you don’t buy a separate branding project. In a separate piece I explain what branding is beyond a logo.
What you do, in one sentence
A decision-maker should know after one sentence what you do and who for. If that fails, they are gone before they get to your expertise.
Case studies with numbers
Proof goes at the top, where a decision-maker sees it right away: which problem you solved, for whom, and what it delivered in numbers.
Answers to your buyer’s questions
In articles on your site you explain what your buyer wants to know. That shows a decision-maker you know your field, even if they don’t know you yet.
One clear next step
At the moment the doubt is gone, one clear action is ready: schedule a call or a demo.
Copy in plain words
Your copy says in plain words what you do and what a client gets from it. A decision-maker who first has to wade through vague copy clicks away.
These five elements on your site
I look at your market and your buyer, and send a no-obligation proposal.
Two B2B sites that are already running
Both are multilingual and built to convince a specialized buyer. Open them up and judge for yourself.
With Vizibly System your site gets easier to find every month
Your site is live, delivered SEO-ready and measurable. If you then want to be easier to find on your market’s search terms, you put Vizibly System on top of it. It measures every month what visitors and Google do on your site, and based on that I improve the site. In your dashboard you watch live and see which search terms bring decision-makers to you.
SEE VIZIBLY SYSTEMThe same loop on my own sites
You can check me the same way your buyer checks you. The sites my own Vizibly System runs on are public under their own names, so you can just look them up. The numbers come straight from Search Console:
105 → 2,883
Koffienoob, clicks per month from January to August 2026.
93,535
Koffienoob, impressions in Google in August 2026.
A calculator that answers your buyer’s first question
In B2B your buyer first wants to know whether a conversation with you is worth their time. A calculator that shows what your offer earns or saves them, or a check on the rules they have to comply with, gives them a personal answer right away. If they then request a call, they already know what they are getting into.
That is how I built the PPWR check for Empact: one input, and the visitor sees right away whether their packaging will meet the upcoming EU rules. See that tool.
What a tool like that costs
Price up front
Whether a tool like that fits your site depends on your clients and your market. I look at that per site, and in the proposal you see up front whether it is included in the price. A standalone tool on your existing site or an extensive check like that PPWR check gets its own fixed price, between €500 and €3,000. You can see what is possible under micro-tools.
What I take care of for your B2B website
I take care of everything needed for a clean website. At many web agencies you write the copy yourself and pay for the design separately. With me, your brand, the design, the copy, the imagery and the technology are included in the price. Vizibly is me, so you deal with one person, with no account manager in between, also after launch.
Your brand
I start with who your clients are and why they choose you. From that follow your tone, your colors and your typefaces.
Tech and ownership
Your domain is in your name and you can always take the code with you. Once the build is paid, the site is yours.
Design
You get your own clean design that fits your brand, built to the accessibility guidelines.
Copy
You supply the facts, I write pages that match what your clients search for in Google.
Imagery
Photos of your work you supply yourself. If you do not have them yet, I start with professional AI imagery at no extra cost.
Findability
I build your site so that Google and AI tools can read it well. If you already have a site, I redirect your old addresses.
Also included
- A contact form with a spam filter that works. At delivery I test it with a real submission, and you get that proof from me.
- I set up Google Analytics and Search Console on accounts in your name, so you can see how people find your site and you always keep that measurement history.
After launch
You can leave hosting and maintenance to me for €50 a month, and that comes with your own dashboard. If your site goes down, I get an alert automatically. If anything does not work as agreed in the first thirty days, I fix it at no cost.
Optional extras
If you do not have a logo yet, I design that too. A second language or a system where you publish yourself can be added as well, and you hear the price up front.
Eight steps to a live B2B site
At three moments I show you where your site stands and ask for your sign-off, the first time before I build anything. Each moment comes with one round of adjustments. The kickoff call is about your buyer and your sales process, and on average your site is live 2 to 3 weeks after that conversation.

What a B2B website costs
A B2B website starts at €2,000 one-off. Three things move that price: how many pages your site needs, whether you provide the copy and imagery or I write the copy, and what else needs to go in, such as a calculator, a second language or an integration.
A B2B website
- Branding as the first step
- Design that fits your brand and your market
- Lightning fast and technically ready for Google
- Built to convince decision-makers

Vizibly System keeps measuring what happens on your site and improves the site every month. See Vizibly System.
